AKC Yorkshire Terriers/ Weirsdale, Florida

A little bit about me: I have been married 43 years to my High School sweetheart Greg Fagan.  Greg is the owner of Greg Fagan Well Drilling & Pump Repair Service.  We have one son Craig who is married to Candace. They have two children Chase 7 and Chelsea 2.  We have been located in Weirsdale, FL. for 43 years except for Gregís 4 year tour in the Air Force. I  have worked for Marion County School Board for 32+ years.

After retirement my goal is to enjoy spending time with my family and breed Yorkie puppies which closely match the AKC standard (4-7 pounds) who are happy, spoiled, healthy, human and pet friendly.  My desire as a breeder is to bring you beautiful, healthy, little pups to love and spoil.  My puppies are at least 8 weeks when they leave our home and are already spoiled. If spoiling is not your intention these puppies will not be suitable for you.

Our puppies are home raised as members of our family. Cages or crates are never used.  They are surrounded by children and other Yorkies.  By the time you receive your puppy they will have already begun using puppy pads, washable and/or throw away. They may even be capable of using a doggie door before leaving home. We introduce them to two step stairs and they will be well socialized by placement time.  Should there be extra small puppy he/she may be kept at home for a little longer.  At 2 to 3 weeks expecting parents may come and spend time with their puppy.  Our puppies are never shipped as puppies need to spend time and bond with their new parents before they are adopted.

Once you select your puppy you will receive weekly pictures for you to enjoy.  You will be able to see their growth and all the changes they make during their birth and up to the time they go home at 8 to 10 weeks.

In addition I maintain a video feed for you to be able to watch your puppy in real time throughout their entire puppyhood.  This is done with a simple link which you will be provided once your deposit is made.

If I donít have what you are looking for Iím sure someone in my breeder network usually does. No matter which breeder you choose please remember to ask yourself these questions:

Does the breeder handle the puppies regularly?

Are you allowed to visit the breeder and meet the parents?

Are the puppies raised WITH and as a part of the breedersí family?

Are the puppies kept locked down in crates or kennels or allowed to roam and learn?

Are the puppies fully weaned and not placed until they are 8-12 weeks old minimum?

Is there clean water and food available always to the puppies?
