AKC Yorkshire Terriers/ Weirsdale, Florida

Hi Sandy. I want to thank you for our sweet, spunky, sassy, lovable Mila! I
donít know what we ever did without her. She had her checkup at the vet and
she is absolutely perfect. I attribute that to you. It is obvious that you
love your dogs and treat them well. The puppies are happy, sociable little
bundles of fur. The binder you provided is so helpful. I refer to it all the
time. You were always welcoming when we wanted to stop by to see her. You
really go above and beyond. If we are ever in the market for another Yorkie,
I would only get one from you. I will continue sending you pictures of Mila
as she grows. Thanks again, Adele and Kevin

There are no words to even begin to explain the love and joy Maggie Mae has brought to our lives and hearts!  We are so very grateful to you for your excellent breeding standards that you have and uphold for all of your dogs and new babies!  You are by far the best Breeder that my husband I have met and seen.  We have searched for a year looking for perfectly healthy babies and parents to ensure the health, physical and mental of our new baby.   Her parents and your home is very clean, loving, and each puppy is surrounded by complete attention.  My husband and I were completely impressed with the care package you sent home with Maggie Mae and her book with all of her birth documents and health schedule and tips for new parents of a baby Yorkie!  The blanket with smells of her brother and Mom and Dad to keep her comforted as she adjusted to her new parents and home only shows your love and care for each of your Yorkie babies. Thank you so much for everything and I will recommend you and only you to everyone I know who is looking for a Yorkie to bless their lives!  Sandy you have blessed our lives with a perfectly healthy and happy Yorkie that we love more than anything in this world!  I promise she will be loved and have constant attention and play time everyday of her life!  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Sincerely, Jennifer
This pup is toooo much!  Her and Jaxon are chasing each other around and having a blast!  What a bundle of joy!  You - ma lady, did an outstanding job as a breeder, mom, gran-ma.  You could not have been any better throughout our process.  We just love the way you raised your pups, the attention to detail every step through the process from pre-birth to handing you baby to over to her new family.  OUTSTANDING!  We appreciate everything you have done and you will be in our thoughts and prayer forever.  Thank you so much!!!

Well, Sandy just wanted to check in and let you know how well Gizmo is doing...he is doing great...he is a great swimmer, loves the beach and is a great 'licker' just in case someone is looking for that quality...the one thing that sets him apart from our other Yorkies, is his friendly attitude toward children...he is so gentle with our 5 grandchildren...makes them all love him that much more...the potty training is an ongoing thing but has evolved into a lick at 6 am when he wants me to take him to his puppy pad...but the licking does not stop there... Today he ate his first sand crab, well that did not last long...in short he is everything we were looking for...We are currently in Eleuthera where we buried our last dog Kippin, Gizmo is making his own memories and is helping to keep Kippin's alive as well...  So thanks so much...

Here's Willie's 4 month old picture. He just got home from the vet for his last puppy shots. He's up to 3 lbs/4 ozs now and doing real well. In this picture he thinks he's big enough to jump the gate that separates the kitchen from the dining room, but he's not ready to be in the rest of the house because he's not completely paper trained yet. He's so cute and full of the dickens, but he's soooo fun to have around. He's going to the vet in 3 weeks to have his rabies shot and after that in 1 month to be neutered and micro-chipped. Well, that's all for now. I'll keep sending you pictures as I take them. Thanks again for selling us such a little bundle of joy. His official name is: Sandra's Sweet L'l Prince Willard!!
Dear Sandy & Lynne, Sending you some pig ear's and goat's milk for you to use for your future babies. So proud to tell you our Mr. Dibb's is potty trained, it took six weeks and when clicked it really was a celebration here!!! Mr. Dibb's is wonderful and so spoiled. He come's in at a whopping 3 lbs as of this past week. We love & spoil him beyond belief. He run's this house & he is so smart. He knows how to work us to get what he wants. Miss Sandy we Thank You so much, I picked the right dog,he fills our life with so much joy. Share this with Miss Lynne & please tell her God Bless her. Thank you Shery & Lou Grasso Jr.
Hi Sandy, We are all doing great!  Mathew is a terror on wheels, tasting everything and testing us at every turn.  What a guy!!  He loves to ride in the car.  He's a treat hound.  He is quick and marvelously funny.  He sleeps on my head if I let him.  He sure is a cuddlebutt!  A warm little body to hug. So, you can see that our little boy is doing AOK.  We are sooo thankful to have him.  Make sure you keep us in mind for a little girl, in the near future.  Joanie and Chuck
Thank you Sandra, he only cried one time about 1 am.  We got home about noon today. He is doing great. It was so nice to meet you too. So pleased and respectful of you as a breeder. Thank you!  Damon and Patricia
Sandy, he slept the entire night in bed with us and never made a peep!  He is a busy boy, follows us everywhere.  We keep pinching ourselves that he is such a joy.  I'm sad for you to lose him but please know he is so loved.  We will be keeping you posted all the time.  Jennifer

Sandy Just wanted to send you an update on our sweet boy!  He's so full of personality it's crazy! Chewing on everything in sight, VERY big on his teething toys and squeaky toys!  He has a wonderful appetite and does great on his feeding schedule.  He's still adjusting to using the potty pads here, but does a pretty good job :) He's a great car-rider and just sleeps for the most part! Zack and I are both back on our work schedules and Toby's still adjusting to that, but we leave the tv on so he has noise and he has all his toys, food and water down so he's adjusted pretty well!  Hope you enjoy the pictures!  Mandi

Well, he is a real pleasure....not a whimper once we got him home and he has been so accepting and gentle with the grand kids...he has been everything we could ever want....the potty training is coming along and he seems to learn really quickly... Your love and devotion to your Yorkie family really shows.
Thank you Sandy for the pics. Our little guy is adjusting well. He slept until 5:30 this morning before he started whining. I put him on his pad and he did his business, played for a few minutes then went back to sleep. He is such a joy to have have. I will definitely send you updates and pics.
We are great and Rocky is the worlds perfect puppy. He plays everyday with his buddy Caico and they take long walks with Caicos mom on her scooter. I texted you pic earlier but here he his with perky ears. We don't know how we lived without him!  Thank you and stay in touch
